Tim was so knowledgeable and efficient in dealing with us when he sold our lot at a very popular RV Park. The Park wasn’t even open at the time of the sale which was amazing. Great marketing. The new buyers were also so very pleased with the way the whole transaction went. It was a win-win situation. We also referred another couple who wanted to sell some property and Tim performed a miracle for them by selling their land while other properties nearby have gone unsold.
